New Palace of Justice in Novi Sad, housing the Basic and High Courts, as well as the Basic and High Public Prosecution Offices, spans over 10,000 m2.

ION Solutions participated in the project by implementing a BMS system that controls:

• 2 climate chambers
• heating substation
• 2 chillers
• VRV system
• monitoring of electricity consumption and distribution
• UPS device monitoring
• fire alarm system status monitoring
• heating and cooling control in over 260 rooms
• diesel generator fuel supply.

Sava Center is the largest congress, cultural, and business center in Serbia and one of the largest in Southeast Europe. It has 69,300 m² of usable space and 100,000 m² of total area, including a concert hall with 4,050 seats, 15 conference rooms, exhibition space, and numerous other facilities. It was constructed between 1976 and 1979, and in the past three years, it has been reconstructed, repaired, and renovated.

ION Solutions participated in the project by implementing a Building Management System (BMS) that oversees:

• monitoring and managing ventilation and heating/cooling systems (110 air handling units) in halls, corridors, congress halls, offices, and the Blue Hall
• ventilation management in kitchens
• monitoring and managing thermal substations, heat pumps, and chillers
• control of fan coil units
• fire system monitoring, smoke extraction, air replenishment, and pressurization ventilation
• measuring and monitoring electricity consumption through 400 meters
• overseeing electrical distribution and
• monitoring transformer stations.

The following systems were implemented in the Embassy and the Residence of the Republic of Cyprus:

• video surveillance system
• alarm system
• video intercoms

access control system – implementation and configuration of 12 doors with corresponding card readers.

Located in the Belexpocenter building in New Belgrade, Grand Casino Admiral is situated in one of the city's most modern and dynamic areas.

ION Solutions enabled management of the following systems within the space:

• • 4 air handling units
• • VRF systems
• • basement area recuperator unit
• • ventilation system
• • rainwater drainage system
• • three mechanical substations
• • pressurization and smoke extraction systems.

The newly opened Aqua Park Palić is located along the shore of Lake Palić, just 8 kilometers from Subotica. The complex spans 1000 square meters and features 6 pools, 5 slides, wellness & spa facilities, a gym, café, and restaurant.

A BMS system has been implemented to manage:

• 5 climate chambers
• 8 air handling units (AHUs)
• boiler room and heating substation
• lighting
• room ventilation
• underfloor heating
• monitoring of pool technology
• monitoring of electricity consumption and status
• monitoring of UPS devices
• air conditioners and VRV units.

Bivša okretnica za parne lokomotive kod Mostarske petlje u Beogradu je rekonstruisana i postala višenamenski centar. Na površini od 23.277 m² nalaze se Ložionica, vodotornj i poslovni aneks.

Ložionica nudi brojne mogućnosti za različite kreativne aktivnosti - radionice, učionice, sale za sastanke, prostore za prezentacije i probe, te izložbene prostore, uključujući multifunkcionalnu dvoranu za događaje, tj. kreativno-inovativni hab sa pripadajućim otvorenim prostorom nekadašnje Okretnice. Poslovni Aneks, kao glavni objekat kreativno-inovativnog centra, služi za potrebe Kancelarije za informacione tehnologije i elektronsku upravu sa mnoštvom kancelarija, konferencijskih sala i amfiteatra.

Na osnovu zahteva investitora, a u cilju postizanja maksimalne uštede i komfora posetilaca i zaposlenih tj. korisnika ovog prostora, Ložionica je opremljena sistemom za upravljanje: 

• Fan Coil jedinicama (grejanjem i hlađenjem po zonama)
• DALI rasvetom i to različitim scenarijima i
• roletnama.

Sve kancelarije su opremljene sa Tile Series panelima.
Svi elementi sistema se mogu kontrolisati putem računara i aplikacije na mobilnom telefonu.

BMS-om je obuhvaćeno:

• upravljanje klima komorama i to sa 5 u objektu Ložionice i sa 5 u objektu Aneksa
• upravljanje toplotnim podstanicama na oba objekta
• upravljanje fan coil uređajima
• upravljanje rasvetom u garaži
• nadzor požarni sistemi (PPK,odimljavanje, nadpritisak, jetfan-ovi, sprinkler sistem)
• nadzor svih ormana mreže i agregata
• nadzor svih agregata, UPS uređaja, ATS
• nadzor drenažnih pumpi.

In the ZOO garden in Donji Tovarnik, a facility for breeding exotic birds has been constructed. According to the investor's requirements, the breeding facility is automated with a BMS (Building Management System) to:

• control and monitor air handling units (AHUs)
• control windows
• manage lighting
• control heating and cooling systems
• log and monitor temperature and humidity in the facility.

These automation features have contributed to creating optimal conditions for breeding rare bird species and facilitating their reproduction.

The branch office of the PIO Fund for the City of Belgrade has returned to its former address, in a fully renovated building at Bulevar Umetnosti 10, New Belgrade.
During the renovation, ION Solutions was tasked with providing:

• monitoring of the overpressure ventilation system
• monitoring of the fire protection system status
• lighting control
• control of recuperator units
• control of circulation pumps
• monitoring of electrical power distribution
• integration and graphical display of air handling units (AHUs).

In the 7 facilities of the correctional institution in Kragujevac, which are among the most modern and secure prisons in Serbia, ION Solutions has implemented Schneider Electric equipment, specifically a central monitoring and control system.

The system covers monitoring and control of:

• 21 air handling units (AHUs)
• 3 generators
• 7 heating substations/boiler rooms
• 9 refrigeration units
• 3 gas boilers
• 2 heat pumps
• underfloor heating and other security systems.
