Gimnazija Isidora Sekulić is located in the central urban zone of Novi Sad. Built back in 1936, the school has undergone several renovations over the years, with the latest reconstruction and upgrade completed in 2022.

During the reconstruction, ION Solutions implemented a Building Management System (BMS) that controls heating and cooling through fan coil units in 48 rooms. Each room is individually controlled via computers and predefined operating schedules, contributing to significant energy savings and cost reduction.

The Multifunctional Hall on Košutnjak is one of the most modern sports facilities in the region, spanning 16,217 square meters. This state-of-the-art sports hall is equipped for basketball, volleyball, handball, judo, wrestling, karate, taekwondo, shooting, free climbing, and more. Each training hall includes its own rooms, showers, locker rooms, saunas, and medical facilities. Additionally, there is a 500-square-meter gym.

The implemented Building Management System (BMS) in this project manages:

• 7 air handling units
• District heating substation for preparation and distribution of hot/cold water
• Fan coil units and underfloor heating
• Fire protection system monitoring
• Ventilation

A Power Monitoring Equipment (PME) has also been implemented for remote reading of electricity consumption.

Museum Vojvodina is among the oldest and richest museum institutions in Serbia, housing collections from archaeology, history, art history, and ethnology. During the museum's renovation, ION Solutions integrated a central lighting control system.

The stadium in Bačka Topola, covering an area of approximately 5500 square meters, features 4500 seats for spectators, 30 offices, 11 VIP gold and silver boxes, 10 locker rooms, and large conference halls.

All automation implemented at the stadium aims to optimize electricity usage and enhance visitor comfort to a higher level.

The implemented Building Management System (BMS) controls:

• Substation
• Heat recovery units
• Lighting system
• Heating and cooling system
• Heating of the football field turf.

The Friendship Square of Serbia and China in New Belgrade is adorned by the Chinese Cultural Center, the first of its kind in the Balkans and one of the largest in Europe. This multifunctional complex is divided into several components: the Chinese Cultural Center, a restaurant, a hotel, and office space. The total gross area of the facility exceeds 32,300 m2.

As a participant in this project, ION Solutions has implemented a Building Management System (BMS) that manages:

• 18 air handling units

• District heating substations

• Supervision of the fire alarm system

• Operation of smoke extraction fans

• Positive pressure ventilation

• Control of fire dampers

• Monitoring of sprinkler system status

• Fan coil unit operation permissions

• Indoor lighting control

• Exterior facade lighting

• Advertising displays, etc.

Pančevo has gained a complex of three premium film studios named Firefly Studios, covering a total area of 12,000 m2. ION Solutions has implemented a BMS that controls three climate chambers with temperature, humidity, and CO2 monitoring in the spaces, as well as pool technology.
