In the ZOO garden in Donji Tovarnik, a facility for breeding exotic birds has been constructed. According to the investor's requirements, the breeding facility is automated with a BMS (Building Management System) to:

• control and monitor air handling units (AHUs)
• control windows
• manage lighting
• control heating and cooling systems
• log and monitor temperature and humidity in the facility.

These automation features have contributed to creating optimal conditions for breeding rare bird species and facilitating their reproduction.
