Immo Centar Real Estate has completed a project of three luxury villas comprising a total of nine residential units in Novo Naselje, Novi Sad.

GEA COOP SRB doo has constructed a luxurious modern residential building designed as an urban luxury villa concept. The building comprises 8 residential units equipped with the Smart Home™ system. The systems manage lighting, heating, and cooling, controlled via the Magiesta application and multifunctional panels.
The residential building "Alterra Una," classified as urban villas, consists of 10 residential units and is located in the Voždovac neighborhood of Belgrade. ION Solutions equipped the Alterra Una with the HDL home automation system. Residents can control lighting, underfloor heating, air conditioning units, fan coils, boilers, blinds, power sockets, cameras, alarm systems, and the car lift using multifunctional HDL panels and the Magiesta™ application.
In a residential building with 12 apartments in Pančevo, ION Solutions integrated the Smart Home™ system.
The system controls lighting, shutters, curtains, awnings, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. The apartments are managed through multifunctional panels and the Magiesta™ app.
