The residential building "Alterra Una," classified as urban villas, consists of 10 residential units and is located in the Voždovac neighborhood of Belgrade. Residents can control lighting, underfloor heating, air conditioning units, fan coils, boilers, blinds, power sockets, cameras, alarm systems, and the car lift using multifunctional HDL panels and the Magiesta™ application.
