In New Belgrade's Block 64, a new residential and commercial complex called Airport Garden has been built. The total area covered by the urban project is 20,156.00 m2.

The building consists of 9 floors with 487 residential units of various layouts, all equipped with the Smart Home™ system. The system controls blinds, fan coil units, floor, wall, and ceiling heating and cooling panels, considering temperature and humidity levels in the rooms.

Each apartment operates as an independent system that users can control via multifunctional panels or the Magiesta™ application on mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
