Inspired by the former industrial part of the city, the residential and commercial complex Novi Dorćol represents a unique blend of sophisticated modern architecture and historical elements from the late 19th century.

Novi Dorćol spans an area of 50,000 m2 and includes 6 blocks with a total of 347 apartments ranging from studios and one-bedroom units to four-bedroom units, ranging in size from 34 to 230 m2, as well as premium apartments on the top, twelfth floor.

In all apartments, an HDL system is implemented to control lighting, heating, cooling, blinds, awnings, boilers, ventilation, air conditioning, and water valve. The system also includes a meteorological station providing information on wind speed and sunlight intensity, which is used to manage the awnings.

Each apartment operates as an independent system that users control via smart panels, computers, and the Magiesta™ application on their mobile phones.
