STOP SHOP is one of the most successful brands of the Immofinanz company in the field of retail centers in Austria, Central, and Eastern Europe. Brand's portfolio includes 58 retail centers with local offices in 7 countries, including the one in Serbia. We have integrated the BMS in Niš and Valjevo buildings, in order to monitor the consumption of water and electricity through M-bus protocol. Also, we integrated a system for managing VRF air conditioners through the Modbus protocol, fire protection system and alarm alerts via SMS that’s sent to the persons in charge.
