The new building of the administrative body of the municipality of Ub spreads over an area of 1,500 square meters and consists of a ground floor and one floor, where there is a counter hall with seven service seats, info desk, registry office, wedding hall, hall for municipal assembly sessions, assembly service, then premises for local tax administration, attorney's office, urban planning, legal service and accounting, archives and offices for the head of administration, the mayor, his deputy and assistant. In order to simplify the management of chillers and fan coil units in offices, the EcoStruxture software has been implemented, which is used via the TAC Xenta 122-FC.
