In the heart of Belgrade, on the corner of Kralja Milana and Kralja Milutina streets, right next to Slavija Square, there is the Hilton hotel, the fifth building of its kind in the Serbian capital with a prestigious five stars.

The newly opened "Hilton Belgrade" has 8 floors, 242 rooms, including 19 suites, a ballroom, an underground garage on 4 levels and two restaurants.

In order to provide complete enjoyment to guests as well as employees, ION Solutions was in charge of regulating heating and cooling of accommodation and public spaces with over 350 Schneider SER8300 controllers, ventilation, SPA logic and integration of a complete electric motor drive with fire protection functions.

The mentioned systems include complete control of 10 air chambers for processing and regulation of temperature and humidity of fresh air, over 50 fans for ventilation of garages, auxiliary and technical rooms, automation of temperature in accommodation rooms, hallways and stairs, restaurant and cafe, preparation of ambience in ballrooms and multifunctional rooms.

Also, one of the important fact is the management of energy resources that make up an impressive power plant.

The basic elements of this system are two geothermal heat pumps with the use of recuperator energy, a heat pump for sanitary hot water, two electric boilers, a chiller and an air-to-water heat pump. The management of the mentioned energy sources provides hot and cold water for air chambers, fan coil systems as well as for 9 accumulators of hot sanitary water whose distribution is done with over 35 duplex circulation pumps.

The centralized monitoring and control system also includes a display of fan systems and fire dampers for flue systems and overpressure fans.
