The General Hospital in Loznica occupies an area of 5,000 square meters of a health institution consisting of 4 levels. During the reconstruction of this facility, a BMS system was installed, which includes the management of: - with 9 air chambers via modbus communication,
- with hot and cold water substation,
- with local exhaust fans. In addition to managing these systems, the following is also performed: - regulation of air quality by VAV valves based on temperature and humidity in the room,
- maintenance of overpressure in operating rooms via VAV valves based on differential pressure sensor in the room,
- monitoring of contamination of "H" filters in operating rooms,
- supervision of openness and closure of all PP valves in the building,
- chiller control.
