Belgrade Waterfront is a new urban center spanning 1.8 million square meters. Within 7 residential buildings (Aurora, Arkadia, Vista, Park View, Aqua, Verde, and Simfonija), a centralized monitoring and control system has been implemented.

BMS is used for:

• Automatic maintenance of overpressure in elevator shafts, corridors, and staircases
• Control of heat pumps for radiator heating
• Thermostats for heating and cooling spaces
• Monitoring of pumps for maintaining pressure in the hydrant system and other water supply pumps to buildings
• Control of lighting and ventilation in parking garages
• Monitoring of systems for excess pressure and smoke neutralization.
